Where are you based?

All orders are shipped from Kentucky, USA. 

 

What is your return policy?

I do not accept returns or exchanges for products. If I have made a mistake on your order please email me and I will correct it!

 

Can I make changes to my order?

I am unable to modify your order by adding or changing items once the order has been packed. Discount codes cannot be added once an order has been placed.  (See shop policies for combined shipping/address change policy)

 

Do you accept international orders?

At this time I cannot ship to Germany.

 

How long will it take to receive my order? 

I work my  day job Monday-Friday. Orders will be packaged Monday through Friday after 5PM CST and all day Saturday through Sunday. I will get orders out as quickly as possible but please give me 5-10 business days. 

 

What happens if my package gets lost?

All packages are shipped via USPS. Should your package get lost along the way, your local post office is responsible for helping you find the lost package. You can file a missing mail claim on the USPS website. If you message me, I can file one as well! Please message me ASAP, after 14 days of the package being delivered, I may not be able to offer assistance.

Once packages are dropped off at the post office, their delivery is unfortunately out of my hands. Lost packages are rare but not impossible. Please double check your address before placing an order and keep an eye on trackig!

 

 What forms of payment do you take?

With it's new update, Paypal now accepts all major credit cards, and you don't even have to make an account!
